Consultyro Solutions is committed to delivering seamless AI-powered services and consultancy. If you need to cancel a project or ongoing service, please review the following terms:

1. How to Cancel

• Cancellations must be communicated in writing prior to the scheduled start date of services or at the earliest possible time for ongoing projects.
• Verbal requests or informal messages are not considered valid.

2. Cancellation After Service Commencement

• Once a project or service has commenced, cancellations will not result in a refund, except in cases where services were intentionally not provided by Consultyro Solutions.
• Any work already completed, resources allocated, or deliverables shared remain the property of Consultyro Solutions.

3. Rescheduling

• In cases where clients need to reschedule services, reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate new timelines, depending on team availability and project complexity
• Rescheduling does not affect the payment terms or refund policy.

4. Force Majeure

• Cancellations due to natural calamities, pandemics, or other unforeseen events beyond control will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are not guaranteed in these situations

5. Agreement

By engaging with Consultyro Solutions, clients acknowledge that all cancellations are subject to this policy and agree to the terms outlined above.
